Some coastal areas experienced landslides and localized flooding, affecting people's lives, production and daily activities.
Through the on-site inspection, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and efforts of the local government, functional forces and people in responding, evacuating, ensuring safety of life and property during the storm. He praised the urgent spirit of the forces that were present in time to support people to overcome the consequences immediately after the storm dissipated.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh requested Quy Nhon Dong ward to continue to mobilize maximum human resources and means to repair houses, restore essential infrastructure, ensure electricity, water, communication and environmental sanitation for people.
He requested that relevant agencies coordinate closely, promptly count the damage, propose support plans, help people stabilize their lives, restore production, and rebuild after natural disasters. At the same time, proactively prepare plans to respond to the next storms .
