BHG - On the morning of December 13, Comrade Ha Thi Minh Hanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a working session in Yen Minh district on the management of construction order and road traffic safety corridors. In recent times, Yen Minh district has strictly implemented directives, instructions, and documents on mineral management, land, construction order, and ensuring traffic safety corridors. Strengthening inspection, examination, and handling of violations of land and construction order; promoting propaganda for people to comply with legal regulations on protecting road safety corridors. In 2023, the district will conduct many inspections and examinations of law enforcement on the implementation of responsibilities in land management, construction order management, construction work, and violations of the Land Law in 18 communes and towns. At the meeting, the People's Committee of Yen Minh district, communes and towns reported on a number of difficulties, obstacles and causes of violations. At the same time, it was recommended that the Provincial People's Committee consider, approve policies and allocate funds for the district to establish detailed plans for rural residential areas at locations with beautiful views on National Highway 4C, Provincial Road 176, and Can Ty - Lao Va Chai road; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment accelerate the progress of cadastral mapping in some localities; investors renovating and expanding roads must carry out compensation and clearance of corridors in accordance with regulations...
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Thi Minh Hanh highly appreciated the responsibility and participation of Yen Minh district in directing measures to handle violations of land and construction order in the area. She suggested that the district continue to maintain inter-sectoral working groups to inspect and grasp the situation at the grassroots level, strengthen handling of violations after inspection, resolutely handle violations and overcome consequences; pay attention to training and improving the capacity of grassroots staff; direct specialized agencies to do a good job of archiving. For relevant departments and branches, continue to pay attention and support the district to promptly remove difficulties.
