On the contractor's side, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that there must be a flexible and scientific construction plan, mobilizing enough human resources and equipment to work overtime to compensate for the slow progress. Prioritize the construction of items with available land; proactively divide the construction into sections so as not to passively wait for land for the entire route. At the same time, there must be a temporary construction plan during the peak agricultural production period to ensure people's production and avoid construction delays.
