On the afternoon of August 26, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh worked with Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 on the progress of project implementation.

At the meeting, the leaders of Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 (formerly the Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board of Binh Thuan province) reported on the results of public investment capital disbursement and the progress of projects in the eastern part of Lam Dong.

Accordingly, by the end of July 2025, projects from local budgets invested by the Project Management Board disbursed more than 240 billion VND (reaching 55.69% of this year's capital plan), and by the end of August, it is estimated that more than 283 billion VND will be disbursed (reaching 65.62% of the plan).

Representative of the leadership of Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 reported on the results of implementing tasks in the past time.

The representative of the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 also reported a summary of the project disbursement situation of the affiliated regional project management boards and the expected implementation rate in the last months of the year. Information on the progress of projects in the area, including: Ca Ty River Apartment, Phan Thiet City - a key project; renovation of offices of some departments, agencies; roads, river embankments, flood drainage channels, funeral homes; repair and expansion of medical facilities...

Relevant departments and units participate in giving opinions

Projects to be invested in 2025 include: Expansion of Binh Thuan General Hospital - Phase 2; Expansion of Phan Thiet Fishing Port Wastewater Treatment Plant, resettlement areas serving the high-speed railway on the North-South axis passing through Lam Dong province... At the same time, difficulties and obstacles for a number of projects to be implemented this year as well as preparations for implementing projects in the 2026 - 2030 period were pointed out.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh requested the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 to continue to promote its sense of responsibility and focus on implementing projects to ensure progress and quality in the remaining months of this year.

With difficulties and obstacles arising from subjective causes, we must proactively seek solutions, or actively coordinate to resolve them by all means. Demonstrate determination and efforts in disbursing public investment capital, striving to achieve a disbursement rate of 100% of the 2025 capital plan by January 31, 2026.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments and units to support and resolve recommendations and proposals of the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 to contribute to ensuring effective implementation of the work.

Units are interested in removing obstacles in checking the completion of the project, as a basis for handover and putting it into operation...
