The masterpieces of apricot blossoms along the O Lau River are admired by locals and tourists.

At this year’s Royal Apricot Festival, locals and visitors have the opportunity to admire more than 60 Royal Apricot works representing more than 2,000 apricot growing households in Phong Phu Ward. These are the most outstanding works of apricot growers along the O Lau River (formerly Dien Hoa Commune). The works on display create a place for sightseeing, entertainment and photography for locals and visitors from near and far.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Phuc, Chairman of Phong Phu Ward People's Committee, said that the Hoang Mai Festival is an opportunity to honor the traditional cultural values and beauty of the Hoang Mai tree - a flower with its own characteristics, a symbol of spring reunion. This is an opportunity for Phong Phu Ward to promote the image and beauty of the people and the land on the Tam Giang lagoon to friends near and far, while also arousing the spirit of solidarity and pride in each local resident.

The organization of the Royal Apricot Festival will contribute to improving the competitiveness of members and individuals in the production and trading of royal apricot products. Thereby, it will develop the market, promote trade, provide training and propose support policies for the development of royal apricot trees. At the same time, it will contribute to creating a useful playground for organizations and individuals who are producing and trading royal apricot products in Phong Phu ward and neighboring localities.

Within the framework of this year's Royal Apricot Festival, people and tourists can participate in many special activities, such as: Exhibition of ancient apricot blossoms, beautifully shaped apricot trees, soft curves; enjoy art programs...
