Visiting 5 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Nui Thanh district, the delegation presented gifts and wished the mothers good health, happy lives with their children and grandchildren, and continued to be shining examples of patriotism and indomitable revolutionary spirit for female Coast Guard officers to follow.
Together with the Women's Union of Nui Thanh district, the delegation organized a legaleducation and propaganda session in Tam Quang commune, focusing on drug prevention and promoting gender equality. The program attracted the participation of many local officials, women's union members and students.
At the propaganda session, the Women's Union of the Coast Guard Agency presented 10 gifts, each worth 700,000 VND, to female members in difficult circumstances in Tam Quang commune.
Previously, during the "Back to the Source" journey, the delegation offered incense at sacred historical sites such as Truong Son Martyrs' Cemetery, Quang Tri Citadel and the Monument to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers in Quang Nam .
The "Return to the Roots" activity of the Coast Guard Women is an opportunity for today's generations to continue the revolutionary tradition, fostering the spirit of solidarity and dedication.
This is also an opportunity for female cadres and members to express their deep gratitude to previous generations, while spreading the spirit of patriotism and responsibility to the community.
