Phu Yen Online - Approving the list of textbooks for grades 4, 8 and 11

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao My has just signed a decision approving the list of textbooks for grades 4, 8 and 11 used in generaleducation institutions in the province from the 2023-2024 school year.

Accordingly, for grade 4 textbooks, educational institutions use the Creative Horizons (Vietnam Education Publishing House) and Canh Dieu ( Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Publishing House) book series. For grade 8 and grade 11 textbooks, educational institutions use the following book series: Canh Dieu, Creative Horizons, Connecting Knowledge with Life (Vietnam Education Publishing House).

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to be responsible for checking the process of organizing the selection of textbooks, appraising the application files for approving the list of textbooks for grades 4, 8 and 11 in accordance with current regulations; implementing the announcement and public announcement of the approved list of textbooks and providing instructions on the use of textbooks in accordance with regulations.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities direct the Department of Education and Training to publicly announce to general education institutions under their management, students and parents about the list of approved textbooks and instructions on how to use textbooks according to regulations.
