GRDP per capita increases from 58 million VND in 2020 to 68 million VND in 2025; production value increases by an average of 12% per year; the transformation of the agricultural economic structure is highly effective, agricultural production towards high technology and high quality reaches about 50 hectares; average income per capita reaches over 68 million VND.

The fields of social security, education, health, culture, physical training and sports continue to develop positively; trade and services are expanded; people's material and spiritual lives are clearly and substantially improved, the appearance of the countryside changes rapidly; national defense and security are consolidated and enhanced.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee appointed the Executive Committee of Phuc Tho Lam Ha Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 17 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 7 comrades. Comrade Dao Duc Oai was appointed to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu and Comrade Tran Duc Them were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretaries.
