Bai Chay Ward celebrates 80th anniversary of Vietnam People's Public Security Traditional Day

On the afternoon of August 15, Bai Chay ward solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security on August 19 (1945 - 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection on August 19 (2005 - 2025).

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the 80-year journey of building, fighting and growing of the Vietnam People's Public Security force in general and Bai Chay Ward Police in particular, thereby affirming the core and pioneering role in protecting security, social order and safety, and maintaining a peaceful life for the people.

Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Bai Chay Ward presented flowers to congratulate Bai Chay Ward Police at the celebration.

In the area, the Bai Chay Ward Police force has achieved many outstanding achievements in the fight against crime; ensuring traffic order and safety; fire prevention and fighting; administrative management; at the same time launching and maintaining the effectiveness of the movement "All people protect national security" associated with building safe and civilized residential areas.

In particular, from July 1, 2025, Bai Chay Ward Police officially came into operation and operated under a 2-level organizational model. This is a breakthrough change in administrative management in the locality. The Ward Police force has quickly reorganized its apparatus but still ensures a systematic, scientific , and absolute compliance with the principles and procedures for organizing cadres, ensuring sustainability for all activities of the Police force; focusing on directing the implementation of comprehensive digital transformation with specific solutions and roadmaps, focusing on transforming thinking and methods of security and order management on the basis of digital transformation, which has been highly agreed and supported by the people. Thereby, reducing the number of criminal offenses, contributing to maintaining security and order, and a peaceful and happy life for the people.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Quy, Party Secretary, Chairman of Bai Chay Ward People's Council spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leaders of Bai Chay ward praised the sense of responsibility and efforts of the police officers and soldiers and the active coordination of organizations, unions and people in performing the task of ensuring security and order. At the same time, they hoped that the Bai Chay ward police force would continue to promote its glorious tradition and always be the core force in advising the ward Party Committee and government to strengthen leadership and direction to promote the movement of All people protecting national security at the grassroots level; build and firmly consolidate people's security, ensure a safe and stable living environment, and serve the local socio -economic development.

The celebration is an occasion to express gratitude and acknowledge the great contributions of the People's Public Security Forces over the years. At the same time, it creates a vibrant competitive atmosphere, consolidates trust, and strengthens the solidarity between the Public Security Forces and the people in the cause of protecting the Fatherland.
