On the afternoon of September 14, the conference to summarize the 2024 program and the discussion on innovation of the admissions and career counseling program was jointly organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper and Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, with the participation of nearly 50 experts and leaders of universities, colleges and high schools in the South.

With such a variety of information, if admissions consulting is not good, we will inadvertently push students into a very difficult situation," Mr. Nguyen emphasized.

Also according to journalist Nguyen Hoang Nguyen, the Tuoi Tre newspaper's admissions and career counseling program has been around for 22 years, the context has changed, from a lack of information in the past to an excess of information now.

From a place where career guidance work in high schools was almost non-existent, now there is a mandatory amount of time for career guidance work, a team of teachers doing career guidance work and career guidance content.

The philosophy, content and methodsof education have also changed, especially in the past 10 years, since Resolution 29 on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training and the implementation of the 2018 general education program. And especially the process and methods of university admission are no longer the same as before...

Those are the reasons why Tuoi Tre newspaper decided to organize a discussion on innovation in the admissions and career counseling program at both ends of the country.

Need to strongly innovate the consulting program
