This time, 9 households whose land was recovered to implement the above projects agreed and were selected by lot to be allocated resettlement land and residential land in the resettlement area of the Project to invest in building a resettlement area and urban renovation in alley 226 Le Lai. Ngo Quyen District arranged plots of land out of a total of 244 plots in this resettlement area for households and individuals whose land was recovered to implement the project, including: 3 resettlement plots for main households, 5 resettlement plots for secondary households and 1 residential land plot with land use fees collected.
The order of drawing lots is determined by the time of handover of the land and households eligible for resettlement land allocation draw lots before households allocated residential land with land use fees. Based on that, at the Conference, 9 households were divided into 2 groups to participate in the drawing.
Of which, 4 households are cases of land recovery assigned to resettle the main household or allocated residential land with land use fees and have committed to paying 100% of the land use fees upon notification by the tax authority; households with land recovered on the Northeast canal frontage, alley 226 Le Lai are assigned to resettle the main household or allocated residential land with land use fees; households with land recovered on the Northeast canal frontage, alley 226 Le Lai and handed over the site 180 days before the date of land recovery notification. The remaining group of 5 households are cases of resettlement assigned to secondary households and have committed to paying 100% of the land use fees upon notification by the tax authority./.
