The Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize of the movement to the units.

The 2025 Hai Phong City Workers - Farmers - Soldiers Music and Dance Festival was organized from the grassroots level with the enthusiastic participation of thousands of mass actors. During 3 nights (May 19, 20, 21), the city-level festival took place at the City Theater Square with 45 excellent performances and the participation of 1,524 actors, attracting tens of thousands of audiences and tourists to Hai Phong City during the 2025 Hai Phong Red Flamboyant Festival. These are excellent and typical performances selected from grassroots level festivals, with more than 250 performances, nearly 7,000 actors and musicians participating.

As a festival of the city’s arts force, the Festival with its elaborately staged and performed performances by choreographers, musicians, actors, etc. created great surprises for the judges and the audience. Through the Festival, many artistic talents in the city’s mass arts movement were also discovered.

As a result, the Organizing Committee proposed that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism award 10 excellent prizes, 3 first prizes of the movement to units that organized the grassroots festival well; 10 excellent prizes, 5 first prizes of the program; 40 First Class Red Flamboyant Medals, 5 Second Class Red Flamboyant Medals to the performances and individuals participating in the Festival.
