Di Linh District Party Committee commends individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement for the 2020-2025 term

In order to raise the awareness of cadres and party members about the work of inspection, supervision and party discipline, especially in the current period, the Standing Committee of Di Linh District Party Committee has focused on disseminating and popularizing relevant regulations and instructions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees. In addition, it has issued documents to specify and implement documents related to the work of inspection, supervision and control of assets and income. Strengthening the review, grasping the situation, directing the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks in key areas and areas that are of public interest.

The grassroots Party Committee and Party Cells under the Di Linh District Party Committee also promptly issued the Program of inspection and supervision for the entire term and annually, thereby organizing effective implementation, on time and on schedule. The content of inspection and supervision by Party Committees at all levels focuses on issues such as: Compliance with the principles of organizing Party activities; compliance with directives, resolutions, regulations of the Party, and laws of the State; implementation of assigned duties and tasks; declaration of assets; management and use of land, project programs and planning, training, promotion, and arrangement of cadres; implementation of regulations on receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections...

Meanwhile, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee regularly grasps the situation and reviews the activities of the lower-level Party Committees and Inspection Committees. It promptly provides comprehensive information and reports on the operational situation, arising issues, obstacles, difficulties, recommendations, proposals, etc. to promptly direct and support the grassroots in removing difficulties and obstacles. Members of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee regularly follow the locality, guiding the grassroots in implementing the procedures and regulations on inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline. Since then, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Di Linh District Party Committee have completed and exceeded the targets set out in the inspection and supervision program and plan.

According to data from the Inspection Committee of the Di Linh District Party Committee, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the inspection and supervision work was carried out closely and synchronously by Party committees at all levels in the district. Specifically, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee inspected 22 organizations and 22 individuals. The grassroots Party Committee inspected 112 organizations and 97 individuals. As a result, the majority of inspected and supervised organizations and individuals performed relatively well the inspection contents, while some shortcomings were pointed out and required timely correction.

The District Party Committee's Inspection Committee inspected 6 organizations and 32 individuals when there were signs of violations. As a result, the inspection reviewed 5 groups, concluded that there were violations and disciplined 1 group; reviewed 12 individuals, concluded that there were violations and disciplined 15 individuals, and disciplined 5 individuals with violations. The District Party Committee's Inspection Committee inspected 32 groups; the Grassroots Inspection Committee inspected 126 groups. As a result, the inspected subjects performed the inspection content relatively well...

Regarding thematic supervision, the Standing Committee of Di Linh District Party Committee supervised 23 organizations and 27 individuals. The District Party Committee's Inspection Committee supervised 20 groups and 43 individuals. The grassroots Party Committee supervised 86 organizations and 107 individuals. The grassroots Inspection Committee supervised 76 organizations and 132 individuals...

As a result, the monitored organizations and individuals performed relatively well in the contents, while some shortcomings were pointed out and timely remedial plans were developed.

Regarding the work of handling denunciations of Party organizations and Party members, during the term, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee received 67 denunciations of Party members; of which, the denouncers withdrew 12 petitions, kept 39 petitions, transferred 3 petitions to competent agencies for settlement, and resolved 13 petitions according to their authority. Resolving a party disciplinary complaint against 1 party member, the result of the settlement was to raise the disciplinary measure from reprimand to warning. In addition, the inspection and supervision of asset and income declarations for Party organizations and Party members during the 2020-2025 term were also of interest to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

In addition, in carrying out the work of supervising Party organizations and Party members, the Di Linh District Party Executive Committee has led and directed the implementation of resolutions on assigning Party committee members to be in charge of areas and fields, strengthening the grasp of the situation, and participating in meetings of lower levels when necessary. From there, it promptly advised and proposed to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles at the grassroots level.

According to the assessment of the Standing Committee of the Di Linh District Party Committee, the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline in the period of 2020 - 2025 has been carried out with many innovations, comprehensively, synchronously, with high determination, drastic actions and effectiveness. The number of inspections and supervisions has increased compared to the 2015 - 2020 term; quality and efficiency have clearly changed. The content focuses on sensitive areas that are prone to violations and negativity, pressing issues that cadres, party members and people are concerned about. Through inspection, existing problems, limitations have been promptly corrected and Party members who violate the law have been handled and disciplined, ensuring objectivity, compliance with regulations, and consolidating people's trust in the Party. At the same time, it has actively contributed to the work of Party building and rectification, maintaining discipline, order, strengthening solidarity and unity in each Party committee and organization.
