Tay Ho District receives more than 1.4 billion VND to support the Fund "For Vietnam's seas and islands"

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ho district Pham Viet Hung launched and read the call to deploy the plan to mobilize the Fund "For Vietnam's seas and islands" in 2025.

At the ceremony, cadres, party members, soldiers, armed forces, civil servants, public employees, workers, intellectuals, religious dignitaries and people in the district promoted the spirit of national solidarity, turned towards the beloved sea and islands, actively responded to support the Fund "For Vietnam's seas and islands" with the spirit of "Participating in supporting the Fund "For Vietnam's seas and islands" is contributing to building and protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland" with an amount of more than 1.4 billion VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Tay Ho District People's Council Le Thi Thu Hang said that since 2016, party members, union members and people from all walks of life in the district have joined hands to support the "For Vietnam's Sea and Islands" Fund, as well as support the construction of multi-purpose cultural houses on islands in Truong Sa island district, Khanh Hoa province. That is a valuable spiritual and material support, contributing to motivating officers and soldiers who are day and night guarding the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.

The constructions not only contribute to improving the lives, giving strength to the soldiers and people in the coastal areas to confidently hold on to and perform well the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sacred borders and seas of the Fatherland, but also are a great source of spiritual encouragement, a message of affection from the people in the district to the soldiers and people in the coastal areas...

To continue to send to the cadres and soldiers on the islands, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ho District hopes to receive from cadres, party members, soldiers, armed forces, civil servants, public employees, workers, intellectuals, religious dignitaries and people in the district to continue to support the Fund "For Vietnam's seas and islands" in 2025, mobilization level: Each cadre, party member, civil servant, public employee, worker in agencies, units and enterprises in the district supports at least 1 day's salary. Agencies, organizations, enterprises and people support according to the capacity and conditions of the unit.
