In Vinh Quang village, Son Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, on the morning of October 31, a tragic drowning incident occurred, causing the deaths of twin children Vo Van Q. and Vo Van T. (3 years old).
The incident happened at 5am this morning when two children, the children of Vo Van Anh and Nguyen Thi Tuong, unfortunately fell into the water while it was still dark, while only their mother was at home cleaning. The concern and sharing from the authorities and the community helped the family to overcome the great pain.
