Delegates were informed of Directive No. 45 dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; Regulation No. 285 dated April 22, 2025 of the Secretariat, regulations on preventing, detecting and stopping violations by Party organizations and Party members; draft resolution on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the plan to organize the collection of opinions on the draft resolution.

Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Dien district - Le Ngoc Bao requested the advisory and support agencies of the District Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district, the district's socio-political organizations, Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, and collective leadership of agencies and units to focus on thoroughly grasping and creating high unity in awareness and responsibility of the entire political system from the district to the grassroots level and the whole society in implementing the work of organizing Party Congresses at all levels.

At the same time, thoroughly grasp and implement the Central's directives and instructions and documents of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term to cadres and party members; develop plans to arrange and organize the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees who continue to work at the district and commune levels in newly established communes, ensuring the viewpoints, principles and requirements according to the documents and instructions of the Central and the City Party Committee.
