Implementing Directive No. 40, dated July 13, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on leadership and direction of congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Quang Nam province (term 2024 - 2029), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee promptly issued documents guiding the implementation of congresses at all levels to ensure the prescribed content and progress.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the district level selected and focused on guiding the organization of model congresses at 20 commune-level units. To date, the whole province has 239/241 communes, wards and towns that have completed the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress (rate of 99.17%); 17/18 district-level units have completed the organization of the commune-level congress (rate of 94.4%).

Through synthesizing reports from localities, the personnel of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level for the 2024-2029 term are under the comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee, have a reasonable number and structure, and are a typical image, representing the great solidarity of the people in the locality.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level ensures three positions: chairman, vice chairman and standing member (who is a non-professional vice chairman of socio- political organizations at the commune level). The team of full-time cadres of the Fatherland Front at the commune level has good political qualities and ethics; leadership capacity, prestige, enthusiasm and responsibility for work.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune level was led and directed by the Party Committee; coordinated and facilitated by the government; and carefully and closely prepared for the content of documents and personnel plans of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level, so it took place smoothly and successfully, truly a profound and exciting political activity among all classes of people in the locality.
