Quang Nam launches contest to raise awareness of mine prevention

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to strengthen propaganda work, raise awareness of preventing accidents and mines left over from war in Vietnam in general and in the province in particular to all classes of people, aiming towards a Vietnam that is no longer affected by mines and explosives left over from war.

Organize and mobilize a large number of cadres, party members, union members, youth, students, armed forces and people of all walks of life in the area to actively respond to and participate in the contest "Raising awareness of preventing accidents caused by post-war bombs, mines and explosives in Vietnam" to ensure practicality and effectiveness.

The contest is open to Vietnamese citizens (except for officials, civil servants, and employees of Office 701, the Vietnam National Mine Action Center, domestic and foreign organizations operating in the field of overcoming the consequences of post-war bombs and mines in Vietnam), taking place from 0:00 on April 4 to 24:00 on May 4, 2025 at the address: http://vnmac.gov.vn/.

Candidates watch videos, answer multiple choice questions in 15 minutes and predict the number of participants.

The awards include 1 First Prize (10 million VND), 2 Second Prizes (5 million VND/prize), 3 Third Prizes (3 million VND/prize), 10 Encouragement Prizes (1 million VND/prize). The results will be announced on http://vnmac.gov.vn/ and VNMAC Fanpage (May 2025).
