Quang Ngai builds planning for Dong Dung Quat Mixed Service Area of ​​521 hectares

According to Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang, Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has just submitted a document to the Provincial People's Council requesting approval of the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for Dong Dung Quat Mixed Tourism Area.

The planning boundary area is about 521 hectares, belonging to part of the boundary of Binh Thuan and Binh Tri communes (Binh Son district). The nature is the service center of the northern gateway area of ​​Dung Quat Economic Zone, developing services, trade, resort tourism, entertainment, sports associated with Binh Thuan - Binh Tri sea tourism, Thuan Phuoc lagoon area.

Indicators on social infrastructure and technical infrastructure comply with the Master Plan for Adjusting the General Construction Planning of Dung Quat Economic Zone to 2045 and current construction planning standards for functional areas, taking into account specific factors.

Regarding the organization of landscape architecture space for the entire area, the sports area with the main function is a specialized green park - sports park, arranging outdoor entertainment and sports activities; planning the green tree - water surface system combined with specialized green trees plays an important role in preserving natural ecosystems, serving the planning area.

Regarding the organization of space, architecture, and landscape according to functional zones, Quang Ngai province will maximize the advantages of terrain, architectural space, and diverse landscapes of the planning area (hills, sea, river systems, lagoons, natural forests, etc.).

According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, after the Provincial People's Council approves the planning project, the Provincial People's Committee will complete the dossier and appraise and approve it according to its authority; organize public announcement, management and implementation of the planning according to regulations.
