Quang Tri is provided with 20,000 doses of vaccine to prevent foot-and-mouth disease.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Finance to handle the matter specifically according to regulations. The Ministry of Finance, according to its assigned functions and tasks, is responsible for the appraisal contents and proposed reports according to regulations.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for the necessity, order, procedures, documents, quantity of proposed distribution and timely distribution of foot-and-mouth disease vaccines to localities, to the right subjects; ensuring that the inventory after distribution meets the requirements when sudden and urgent situations occur.

The above localities shall receive, manage and use national reserve foot-and-mouth disease vaccines effectively and for the right purposes, and shall implement the reporting regime and send it to the Ministry of Finance in accordance with regulations.
