On April 9, 2025, the Center for Culture and Cinema organized a Mobile Book Stand in Huoi Lum village, Nam Vi commune, Muong Nhe district. This is an activity to respond to the Book and Reading Culture Day in Dien Bien province; to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
Publications, publications, and introductions have rich and diverse content about the Ho Chi Minh Campaign; the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising; Unforgettable Historical Events of 1975; about Dien Bien, about the customs and practices of ethnic groups in the Northwest, works by local authors introducing the land and people of Dien Bien...
The organization of the mobile book stall aims to affirm the role and importance of books in improving knowledge, skills, developing thinking, educating and training human personality; encouraging and developing the reading movement in the community. Through propaganda activities, it contributes to educating the tradition of patriotism, the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking water" of the nation, honoring and showing gratitude to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed their blood and bones, dedicating their whole lives to the cause of national liberation and unification.
In addition to displaying and introducing publications, the Cultural and Cinema Center also coordinated to organize a Mobile Book Stand with Mobile Film Team No. 2, in order to enrich and diversify the unit's propaganda forms, attracting a large number of people to read, watch and support, contributing to improving the effectiveness of mobile propaganda at the grassroots level.
