As of 4:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025, according to a report from the Vietnam Road Administration ( Ministry of Construction ), there are 199 points along the entire road that are blocked due to landslides and slope collapse.
Specifically, in Son La , the section of National Highway 4G from Km 100+500 to Km 106 through the two communes of Huoi Mot and Sop Cop suffered a landslide on the positive and negative slopes, causing traffic congestion since 12:00 on July 27. It is expected to reopen to traffic on July 30.
In Nghe An, the storm caused landslides at 192 locations, including 140 locations on National Highway 7 and National Highway 16; 52 locations on provincial roads DT.543, DT.543C and DT.543D. In addition, 6 suspension bridges in three communes: Muong Quang, Tuong Duong and Luong Minh collapsed or were swept away.

Currently, many national highways, expressways and local roads are still experiencing scattered rain; the Vietnam Road Administration is continuing to review, count the damage and implement measures to clear the roads.
Regarding railways, Vietnam Railways Corporation said that no damage has been recorded to the railway infrastructure system and transport activities are still operating normally.
Operations at seaports and inland waterways remain stable, with no damage recorded due to storm No. 3. Similarly, in the aviation sector, flight operations and operations at airports are running smoothly, unaffected by the storm.
