The Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones collects infrastructure use fees in accordance with regulations; manages and uses the collected amount in accordance with current laws.

At the same time, implement the collection rate to investors according to the above regulations. Every year, assign the Danang High-Tech Park General Service Center to develop a pricing plan based on the principle of correctly and fully calculating related costs to ensure compliance with regulations and gradually increase the financial autonomy of the center, report to the Management Board of Danang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks for comments, send to the Department of Finance for appraisal, and submit to the City People's Committee for approval.

During the implementation process, if any problems arise, the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks of Da Nang and related units shall promptly report in writing to the Department of Finance to coordinate with related agencies and units to synthesize and report to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision.
