La Gi People's Credit Fund announces changes in charter capital and business activities

Pursuant to Decision No. 180/QD-KV10 dated May 13, 2025 of the State Bank, Branch Region 10.

La Gi People's Credit Fund would like to announce as follows:

1. Amend and supplement Section 3 of Operating License No. 03/NH-GP dated September 18, 1995 issued by the Director of the State Bank, Binh Thuan Province Branch to La Gi People's Credit Fund as follows:

The charter capital of La Gi People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is: VND 3,183,750,000 (In words: Three billion, one hundred eighty-three million, seven hundred and fifty thousand dong)

2. Amend and supplement the business contents stated in Section 7 of Business License No. 03/NH-GP dated September 18, 1995 issued by the Director of the State Bank, Binh Thuan Province Branch, to La Gi People's Credit Fund as follows:

Activity content:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong;

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong;

c) Other activities:

(i) Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the cooperative bank;

(ii) Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of La Gi People's Credit Fund;

(iii) Participate in contributing capital at the Cooperative Bank;

(iv) Open a payment account at the State Bank, Commercial Bank, Cooperative Bank;

(v) Deposit money at the Cooperative Bank to regulate capital.
