On May 4, 2023, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 9th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians, signed Decision No. 103/QD-BTC on the establishment of the Reception - Logistics - Security - Health Subcommittee under the Organizing Committee of the 9th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians and the Subcommittee's Working Group.
