Launching the Volunteer Program "Winter 2025" and "Spring Volunteer 2026"

On the morning of November 24, at Pa Vay Su commune, the Provincial Youth Union organized the launching ceremony of the volunteer program "Winter 2025" and "Spring Volunteer 2026", Youth Action Together Day 2025. Attending the ceremony were comrades Trieu Tai Phong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Do Thi Huong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Pa Vay Su commune; leaders of the Provincial Youth Union, Pa Vay Su commune, Trung Thinh commune, representatives of the Youth Union of Tuyen Quang Power Company, leaders of schools and more than 300 union members and youth in the area.

Provincial Youth Union leaders presented a symbolic plaque of total funding resources to support volunteers in Pa Vay Su and Trung Thinh communes.

Over the years, the "Youth Volunteer" movement has become a beautiful mark, spreading strongly in society and becoming one of the three major movements of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The warm winters and sharing springs of Tuyen Quang youth have made an important contribution to sustainable poverty reduction, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, ensuring social security, and caring for the lives of union members, youth and people throughout the province.

Delegates presented gifts to disadvantaged households in the area.

This year's program was implemented by the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Provincial Youth Union Committee with many major contents related to the practical requirements of the province, including: Focusing on activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and youth; supporting disadvantaged youth, workers and ethnic minority youth; organizing start-up training, legal advice, and job referrals for union members and youth. At the same time, promoting activities for community health, social security, child care; supporting farmers with cold-proofing techniques, protecting crops and livestock, resources for building and repairing houses, building rural roads and bridges; preserving national cultural identity and connecting volunteer activities to increase resources to support the community.

Leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and Pa Vay Su commune presented gifts to students in difficult circumstances.

The launching ceremony included activities such as: Giving 15 gifts to 15 households in difficult circumstances; 20 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances. Giving a sign symbolizing the total funding for volunteer support to Pa Vay Su commune of 210 million VND, Trung Thinh commune of 110 million VND; Project to light up the countryside roads in the border area for Coc Coc village (Pa Vay Su commune) and Dong Tru village (Trung Thinh commune); Green Library and Young Shoots project for 4 primary schools including Coc Pai, Ban Ngo, Nan Ma and Pa Vay Su.

Delegates pulled the ribbon to inaugurate the Green Library at Coc Pai Primary School, Pa Vay Su Commune.

The program is not only about sharing but also about life values, spreading the sense of responsibility of union members and youth to the community. With practical and specific actions, Tuyen Quang youth continue to write beautiful stories about compassion, solidarity and the desire to contribute, contributing to building an increasingly rich and beautiful homeland.
