The program was coordinated by the Provincial Military Command, departments, branches and a large number of local members and women. Accordingly, the forces organized a general environmental cleaning, cleaned inter-village roads; cleared bushes that obscured visibility and affected traffic; planted 200 new trees... At the same time, 20 300W solar lights were constructed and installed, contributing to lighting up the roads at night, improving safety for people.

Previously, the Provincial Women's Union organized a launching ceremony and training for 2 pilot models of "Bright, green, clean, beautiful, safe roads" in Vinh Ba village and Ha Yen village. Each model had 40 members participating, committed to implementing 5 criteria of "bright, green, clean, beautiful, safe". After the launching ceremony, members were given specific instructions on operating regulations, operating methods, activities, propaganda skills, and mobilizing people to participate in building new rural areas, especially in conjunction with implementing the breakthrough "Accompanying the construction of green - friendly - strong women's groups and branches".

Through this practical activity, the Provincial Women's Union continues to affirm its core role in the movement to protect the environment and build new rural areas; at the same time, it raises awareness, enhances responsibility and promotes creativity of members and women in building green, clean, beautiful and safe civilized residential areas, contributing to the completion of new rural and advanced new rural criteria in the locality.
