Reviewing the organization of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for projects celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day

On the afternoon of April 17, the Ministry of Construction held an online conference with provinces and cities to review and prepare for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of works and projects to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Danh Huy chaired. Attending at the Bac Ninh bridge was comrade Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

According to the plan, the Government will organize online groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies simultaneously in all three regions of the North - Central - South for important works, projects and large works to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; Expected time is April 19.

In Bac Ninh province, the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony of the province will be held according to the general scenario developed by the Ministry of Construction and Vietnam Television. In the province, there will be: Inauguration of the project to invest in the construction and expansion of the Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital on April 19; Groundbreaking of the project to invest in the construction of the road from DT.277 to the memorial site of comrade Nguyen Van Cu, Tu Son city (from Trang Ha Ward People's Committee to the memorial site of comrade Nguyen Van Cu) on April 19; Groundbreaking of the project to invest in the construction of Tran Quoc Toan Primary and Secondary School (phase 3) on April 19; Technical opening ceremony of Ha Bac 2 bridge (connecting Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces) and the access road on April 28.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Danh Huy requested ministries, branches and localities to specifically review projects and works, take responsibility for organizing inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies, and ensure security and safety at the connection points. Regarding signal connection, it must be ensured according to the overall scenario and detailed scenario of Vietnam Television. Vietnam Television prepares video clips, filming work, ensuring effective connection bridges and signal transmission.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong emphasized that on April 19, Bac Ninh will start and inaugurate 3 works and projects. He requested to develop the province's organizational scenario according to the general scenario developed by the Ministry of Construction and Vietnam Television; Investors continue to prepare the organization and develop a specific scenario program so that the Inauguration and Groundbreaking Ceremony is solemn and economical. The Telecommunications Company, the Provincial Radio and Television Station coordinate with units to prepare technical conditions for online connection between the province's connection points and connection points across the country.
