“Rock Concert - Vietnam Heart” awakens youthful aspirations and national pride

As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2, the program "Rock Concert - Vietnam's Heart" brought a passionate, youthful atmosphere on the evening of September 7 at Thang Long Imperial Citadel - Hanoi.

With the participation of the bands Buc Tuong, Ngu Cung, Chillies, The Flob, Blue Whales, and guest artists such as Duong Tran Nghia, Thai Thuy Linh, Pham Anh Khoa, Thuy Anh..., the program brings a large-scale rock concert, arousing the aspirations of youth and national pride. Love for the Fatherland is sublimated through music .

A series of famous songs were given a new, strong and liberal look in the spirit of rock, along with a grand stage, creating a new, youthful and energetic artistic space. Tens of thousands of audiences were excited to have the opportunity to enjoy again the works “Let’s go”, “Get up and go”, “Sing forever the march”, “Song of the Southern land”, “Aspiration of youth”, “March of days and nights”, “Continue writing the story of peace ”, “A country full of joy”, “Road to glorious days”…

In particular, the program also has many surprising elements, bringing new experiences to the audience. For the first time, the program brings the Thanh Am Xanh folk band together with Rock Bands. This fusion not only creates unique and powerful sounds, but also affirms that Vietnamese folk music can resonate and blend in any stage space, even on a liberal rock background.

A large audience watched the program.

At the request of the audience, the Ngu Cung band had an impressive performance with “Co Doi Thuong Ngan”. The musical work was inspired by the Vietnamese Mother Goddess worship, honoring the role of Co Doi Thuong Ngan as a goddess protecting the mountains and forests and bringing peace to people. It was performed on stage in a rock style, bringing experiences to the audience. Thousands of audiences sang along with the artists in this special performance.
