Al Nassr had a dramatic match against Al Fateh despite a favorable start thanks to superstar Ronaldo. In the 42nd minute, from a corner kick, Ronaldo headed in powerfully to open the score for the away team.

Ronaldo continues to maintain his class by scoring 25 goals this season, bringing his total at Al Nassr to 99. He currently has 936 goals in his career, approaching the 1000-goal mark - an achievement that no one has reached in the history of world football.

However, Al Fateh managed to equalize just before the break. In the 45+4 minute, Sbai created a favorable pass for Vargas to finish accurately, bringing the match back to the starting line.

After the break, Al Nassr continued to rise. In the 75th minute, Sadio Mane easily tapped the ball into the net from close range after a pass from Bu Washl, raising the score to 2-1. However, Al Fateh refused to accept defeat. In the 81st minute, Batna executed a beautiful free kick, leveling the score at 2-2.

The drama reached its climax in the 90+6 minute, when Machado Ferreira scored decisively to seal a thrilling 3-2 victory for Al Fateh.

Previously, Al Nassr was awarded 3 points due to Al Orobah using illegal players, opening up hope of qualifying for the AFC Champions League. However, in the final round, they lost to Al Fateh, while Al Hilal beat Al Qadisiya 2-0 thanks to Mitrovic and Milinkovic-Savic, causing Ronaldo and his teammates' hopes to be shattered despite having a slim chance at the last minute thanks to the decision of the disciplinary board.

Normally, Saudi Arabia would have 3 spots to participate in the AFC Champions League, but this year one spot went to Al Ahli - the tournament champion but only finished in 5th place in the Saudi Pro League. This means that Al Nassr, despite finishing 3rd, no longer has the chance to participate in the AFC Champions League next season.
