Visiting the Cultural Village during this time, locals and tourists can immerse themselves in a vibrant festive atmosphere, gaining a deeper understanding of the values and beauty of traditional Vietnamese culture in celebrating the Lunar New Year. Examples include the opening ceremony of the Cham people's tower in Ninh Thuan province; the opening of the harvest festival and the presentation and demonstration of the bamboo calendar – a national intangible cultural heritage of the Muong people in Hoa Binh province; and the reenactment of the new rice harvest celebration of the Raglai people in Ninh Thuan province…

More than just a place to recreate unique customs, the festival is also an opportunity for ethnic communities to meet, interact, and strengthen solidarity. Visitors from all over flock to the festival, immersing themselves in the bustling crowds, participating in folk games, enjoying traditional cuisine, and admiring spectacular artistic performances. All of this creates a vibrant and lively atmosphere, imbued with the spirit of spring and unity.

According to artisan Dang Chi Quyet, a Cham ethnic minority from Ninh Thuan province, each activity at the Cultural Village is a spiritual connection, an opportunity to express love and pride in ethnic identity, and at the same time contribute to the overall development of the country.

“Culture is the soul of a nation; if it is not preserved and passed on, those values may gradually fade away over time. Aware of our responsibility, we must strive even harder to unite and make greater efforts to promote the role of cultural subjects, preserving and developing the traditional cultural values of our nation,” shared artisan Dang Chi Quyet.

Immersing herself in the melodies of the Muong ethnic group's New Year's festival from Hoa Binh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Luyen, originally from Nghe An, shared: "When I used to work in Hanoi, I occasionally visited the Cultural Village on weekends. Today, returning here, not only I but almost everyone is very happy to directly participate in the traditional rituals, enjoy the unique artistic performances, and experience the atmosphere of the traditional New Year with its rich ethnic identity."

This year's festival was attended by over 200 people, including representatives of village elders, exemplary community leaders, intellectuals, and artisans from 28 ethnic communities, and 29 mobilized communities from 14 provinces representing various ethnic groups and regions. These included minority ethnic groups such as the Si La, Khang, Ha Nhi, and Cong (Lai Chau), and the Lo Lo, Bo Y, Pa Then, and La Chi (Ha Giang)...
