Special subsidy package - Substantial support for rebuilding lives
After the historic floods paralyzed traffic, damaged infrastructure, and disrupted the lives of hundreds of thousands of households in the Central Highlands, the market at the end of November recorded a stagnant supply of essential goods, while demand for food, fresh goods, cleaning products, and home improvement items increased sharply.
As a key retailer stabilizing the market, Saigon Co.op has urgently activated a specialized subsidy package with a non-profit sales program, focusing on supporting people in Khanh Hoa and Gia Lai (formerly Binh Dinh), to maintain supply, stabilize prices and accompany people in rebuilding their lives after natural disasters.

Co.opmart Buon Ma Thuot coordinated with authorities to promptly supply necessities to affected areas.
In addition to the task of stabilizing the market, Saigon Co.op has implemented a subsidy package with non-profit sales, prioritizing products that directly serve the post-flood recovery process in the Central Highlands. Co.opmarts in Tuy Hoa, An Nhon, Quy Nhon, Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, etc. operate according to two principles: Ensuring sufficient goods and selling goods at cost price, without profit.

Co.opmart Tuy Hoa becomes a support for people in harsh times .
Product groups are deeply discounted, according to field needs:
Fresh food: 30-40% off until November 30; increase vegetable shipments from Ho Chi Minh City, bring seafood from Can Gio and southern coastal areas to the Central region to keep prices stable.
Cleaning chemicals: Up to 49.9% off, valid until December 3 to serve your home cleaning and disinfecting needs.
Personal care: From now until December 3, shower gel, shampoo - conditioner, dry/wet tissues, toilet paper, sanitary napkins... will be applied with additional subsidies on top of the promotional price, combined with "multi-level" incentives such as buy 1 get 1 free, buy 2 pay 1, along with convenient combos: laundry detergent - fabric softener, floor cleaner - dishwashing liquid, toilet cleaning gel - kitchen cleaner... helping people rebuild their lives in safe and hygienic conditions, while saving up to 52%.

Co.opmart Tuy Hoa increases bottled water during days of clean water scarcity.
Household appliances: 50% off until December 3rd, to help people replace damaged items. School supplies: 35% off until December 3rd, to help students return to school early.
Blankets - pillows - comforters - shoes: Subsidized until December 23, meeting the needs of the cold rainy season in the Central region, including many practical combos for families starting from only 109,000 VND such as: pillow - mosquito net - comforter set reduced from 44% to 62%...
Throughout the system, Saigon Co.op has increased purchases from the Southeast and Mekong Delta, operating a “fast rotation” model to shorten the time it takes to put goods on shelves, keep prices stable, and limit the impact from the free market.
"One family" spirit - Affirming the role of "support" for the community
In the flood-hit areas, Co.opmart and Co.op Food supermarkets were requisitioned as "welfare stations" to provide temporary shelter, drinking water, electricity and support rescue forces. More than 15,000 staff members simultaneously participated in donating at the call of the Fatherland Front. The Co.op Cares relief package has reached more than 1,000 households in Gia Lai (formerly Binh Dinh), Thua Thien - Hue, Tam Ky, Da Nang ... and continues to reach heavily affected areas.

Saigon Co.op's warehouse system and transportation force maintain continuous coordination, ensuring that the government always has enough essential goods for people in flood-affected areas.
The spirit of internal solidarity was promoted when supermarkets proactively provided personnel and goods, and officers and employees directly participated in food processing to support points of sale in the blockaded areas. Saigon Co.op leaders also visited each affected point to encourage and reward the collectives that persevered in the harsh conditions.
With its proactiveness and comprehensive response capacity, Saigon Co.op continues to affirm its role as a community support, maintaining supply in all situations, protecting consumer rights and spreading the spirit of mutual love - true to the positioning of "Vietnamese Supermarket for Vietnamese people" over the past three decades.
