HueWACO Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025

In 2024, HueWACO completed the key goals and tasks set by the 2024 General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which were commercial water output reaching 63.16 million m3, revenue of more than 690 billion VND, profit after tax of 135 billion VND, exceeding 1.24% compared to 2023, paying the budget nearly 158 billion VND; average income per employee reached 17.5 million/person/month.

The Board of Directors (BOD) of HueWACO submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders the target for 2025 to meet essential needs and growth targets, especially for production, business and services.

Accordingly, the output of commercial water reached 66.7 million m3, water revenue reached more than 669 billion VND (up 8% over the same period). Profit after tax of 141.7 billion VND, exceeding 4.97% compared to 2024, budget payment of over 152.35 billion VND, ensuring income for employees of over 18 million VND/person/month. Shareholder dividend 9.0-9.5%/year.

Mr. Le Quang Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HueWACO, said that the unit continues to invest in developing water supply infrastructure according to the approved provincial planning, urban planning and water supply planning. This includes key projects such as: Van Nien Water Treatment Plant Project with a capacity of 120,000m3/day and night (phase 2); rural water supply project 2021-2025; proposed investment in Loc Thuy Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 22,000m3/day and night; upgrading Loc An and Phong Thu plants, ... and important transmission lines, reservoirs, putting them into operation and many other key tasks.

To achieve the set goals, HueWACO continues to implement 3 breakthrough goals, 5 key solutions, the key is to become a digital enterprise before 2027 with 3 pillars: Digital customer service; smart automatic operation of water supply system; digital management. That is the foundation and motivation for HueWACO to continue to develop strongly, keeping up with the development of the 4.0 revolution.
