After listening to reports and inspecting the reality in some localities, Commander of Military Region IV Ha Tho Binh acknowledged and highly appreciated the fact that the unit had strictly grasped the directive documents of all levels and promptly issued directive documents for implementation. The City Military Command has issued specialized resolutions to lead, direct, and at the same time advise the local Party Committee and government on tasks.

Regarding personnel work, the arrangement plan must be principled, objective and timely to grasp the aspirations of officers and professional soldiers who are on leave according to decisions of superiors.

Commander of Military Region IV Ha Tho Binh directed that the time to complete the tasks is very urgent, therefore, requiring the Party Committee and the City Military Command to closely follow the direction of all levels, continue to strictly grasp the documents, focus on leadership and direction, resolutely and comprehensively; properly implement the procedures and principles, create high consensus, avoid negativity, loss, and waste; excellently complete the tasks in 2025 and the following years.
