Hoa Xuan Stadium "changes its look" before the Vietnam

On June 10, Mr. Nguyen Trong Thao, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City, said that the largest renovation project at Hoa Xuan Stadium is to replace the entire grass carpet and raise the field surface, with a total cost of about 10 billion VND.

After renovation, Hoa Xuan Stadium will be among the most beautiful in the country. In addition, other auxiliary items are also being upgraded, at a cost of about 5 billion VND.

Sân vận động Hòa Xuân — 1. Hoa Xuan Stadium is being renovated to be completed and put into use before the friendly match between the Vietnam All-Star team and Manchester Reds.

The renovation will be completed and handed over before the Vietnam – UK football festival, from June 26 to 29. This is a large-scale sports and cultural event with the participation of many Manchester United football legends.

The highlight of the festival is the friendly match between the Vietnamese star team and former Manchester United players – the Manchester Reds squad, taking place at Hoa Xuan Stadium on June 27. Legendary names such as Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Michael Owen, Wes Brown, Teddy Sheringham and many other teammates will be present on this occasion.

With the theme "The Red Dream", this event is expected to attract a large number of fans. The organizers have issued 17,000 tickets for the friendly match, with prices ranging from 600,000 VND to 1.5 million VND depending on the stand location. Detailed information about tickets has been announced on the festival's official Fanpage.

Alongside the main match, a series of events called "The Red Dream Fan Fest" will also be held exclusively for the Manchester United fan community. Activities include music performances, sports exchanges with Pickleball, charity programs and many other exciting interactive activities.

Along with the activities of the former MU stars, the second GrassLife Da Nang International Youth Football Tournament will be held at Tuyen Son Sports Village on June 27 and 28. The tournament will gather more than 30 youth football teams from 10 to 16 years old, aiming to create a useful playground and nurture the passion of the young generation.

The leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City emphasized that this event is not only a sports and entertainment activity but also contributes to promoting the image of Da Nang, promoting tourism and developing the sports economy.

Hoa Xuan Stadium is located in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, and is currently the home ground of SHB Da Nang Club. With a capacity of 20,500 seats, the stadium was built specifically for football and is one of the most modern facilities in the country.

Construction began in February 2013 and was completed in August 2016. The stadium is fully equipped with 4 stands, functional areas, super VIP seats, modern sound and electronic systems, and a well-invested security system.

Hoa Xuan Stadium is being renovated to be completed and put into use before the friendly match between the Vietnamese star team and Manchester Reds. The grass of Hoa Xuan Stadium has been completely replaced after raising the ground higher than before. The cost of the stadium's grass project is about 10 billion VND.
