At 7:00 a.m. on November 10, the storm center was at 18.9 degrees North latitude, 113.2 degrees East longitude, moving West Northwest at a speed of about 10km/h, about 260km Northeast of Hoang Sa. The dangerous area in the North East Sea, located from 17 to 21 degrees North latitude, 111.5 to 117.5 degrees East longitude, with gusts of level 14.

The eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7.
