Lai Chau Tourism - Culture Week 2024 is coming soon

With the theme "Returning to the majestic Lai Chau peaks", Lai Chau Tourism - Culture Week 2024 will take place from November 8 - 10, 2024.

This is a series of activities to honor, promote and spread the identity of ethnic groups in Lai Chau province; an opportunity to promote the image of Lai Chau tourism to domestic and international tourists. Thereby, creating opportunities for travel businesses to learn, expand the market, and build tours to Lai Chau.

Accordingly, Lai Chau Tourism - Culture Week 2024 includes the Opening Program; Vietnam - China cultural exchange night; Lai Chau Marathon 2024; Closing Ceremony of Lai Chau Tourism - Culture Week 2024.

Activities taking place during the organization of Lai Chau Tourism - Culture Week in 2024 include: Space for introducing and promoting tourism : Lai Chau province's ethnic cultural space will recreate the cultural space of ethnic groups living in Lai Chau province; Space for exhibition of beautiful tourism photos, combined with flower and ornamental plant displays, will exhibit beautiful tourism photos of 8 extended Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.

The mountain peaks in Lai Chau have become unique and characteristic tourism products, attracting tourists.

Space for displaying and introducing OCOP products and some typical agricultural products of Lai Chau province; Space for displaying books, newspapers, geographical documents and calligraphy art; Space for displaying and introducing tea, ginseng, orchids and ornamental plants; Lai Chau culinary culture space, introducing culinary culture, unique and attractive dishes imbued with the traditional culinary culture of Lai Chau province.

Within the framework of the week, there is a Famtrip program and a discussion on "Consulting on building a Lai Chau City tour program" with survey activities and practical experiences at a number of tourist destinations in Lai Chau city such as: Pusamcap Cave, Gia Khau village associated with the Gia Khau cave system, San Thang village associated with San Thang Night Market/Market, Lao Ty Phung (Tam Duong)...
