After the reorganization, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has 19 committees and units.

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the afternoon of June 30, in Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

At the Conference, Ms. Nong Thi Mai Huyen, Head of the Organization and Personnel Committee, announced the decisions of the Standing Committee on personnel work of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Accordingly, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has a total of 19 departments and units. In which, the shared advisory and support departments include: Organization and Inspection Department; Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Department; Social Work Department; Propaganda Department; Ethnic and Religious Department; People's Foreign Affairs Department; Mass Association Work Department; Finance-Planning Department, Agency Office.

Special committees include: Trade Union Working Committee; Labor Relations Committee; Farmers Working Committee; Youth Working Committee; Women Working Committee.

The public service units include: Institute for Training, Fostering Cadres and Scientific Research; Office of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee; Museum of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Dai Doan Ket Newspaper.

The departments and units have a total of 446 people. Of which, 141 are leaders of departments and units; 236 civil servants, 69 officials of departments and units use the same.

Speaking at the task assignment for the departments and units officially operating under the new model, Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, requested the departments, units, civil servants, public employees and workers to study the Politburo's Decision on establishing the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations; Decision No. 304 - QD/TW of the Politburo on the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and decisions on the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the departments and units.

Thereby, grasp and deeply understand the organizational model, operating methods of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , socio-political organizations under the Vietnam Fatherland Front associated with the proactiveness and creativity of each organization.

Chairman Do Van Chien requested that from July 1, the departments and units must immediately stabilize their offices according to the arrangement diagram approved by the Standing Committee. The department head must agree with the department and unit leaders to assign tasks to each civil servant and public employee according to the functions and tasks of the department and unit, and develop working regulations for approval and implementation.

According to the assignment of the Standing Committee, the units need to focus highly on 6 key tasks of the Central Fatherland Front and mass organizations from now until the end of 2025.

In particular, it is necessary to grasp the implementation situation of the model of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations under the local government at the two new provincial and communal levels; proactively propose timely solutions to difficulties and problems, if any, to ensure smooth operations and achieve the set goals and requirements.
