After a brilliant performance in the 16th round of the Japan Volleyball Championship (SV League), star Tran Thi Bich Thuy received countless compliments from experts.

Bich Thuy just debuted for the Japanese club Okayama Seagulls in the 15th match, which took place yesterday (November 29). The Vietnamese team's assistant striker was contacted by the Japanese team 2 months ago, but only now has he completed the procedures to play for the team.

And in her second appearance for Okayama Seagulls, Bich Thuy had an extremely impressive performance, helping the home team impressively win against Denso Airybees 3-1 in the 16th round. This was a sweet revenge after the 0-3 loss yesterday (in SV League, the 2 teams will face each other 2 times in 1 week).

Bich Thuy was praised by the team's head coach, Mr. Akiyoshi Kawamoto, after the match.

"Bich Thuy's blocking was key. She stopped every attack from the opponent, and at the same time created a clear highlight in our team's play.

This performance shows that the team is forming a stable playing system, with the ability to progress further in the future," said coach Akiyoshi.

A day before, the Japanese strategist frankly commented that "Bich Thuy has not integrated into the team", which is understandable since she joined the team too late. On today's match day, she exploded by scoring 12 points, an impressive number for a middle blocker.

Volleytrails, a prestigious volleyball website that often selects impressive faces of SV League to post news every week, has chosen both Bich Thuy and Thanh Thuy as the two impressive faces of the round.
