On November 24th, with the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank – HoSE: SSB) officially appointed Mr. Le Quoc Long as the bank's General Director.
Mr. Le Quoc Long, born in 1965, holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Hanoi University of Law.
He has over 30 years of experience working in the banking and finance sector in Vietnam. Mr. Le Quoc Long joined SeABank in 2005 as Deputy General Director, and has also held many other important management positions within the bank.

With 30 years of experience in the banking sector, including 18 years as Deputy General Director, before officially becoming General Director of SeABank, Mr. Long was assigned the role of Acting General Director in charge of the bank's operations from August 1, 2023, replacing Mr. Loic Faussier who resigned for personal reasons.
With the appointment of Mr. Le Quoc Long as General Director, SeABank has completed its senior management team with 9 members. The Deputy General Directors are Ms. Dang Thu Trang, Mr. Hoang Manh Phu, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Cuong, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Mr. Vo Long Nhi, and Mr. Vu Dinh Khoan .
