Quang Tri Provincial Department of Education and Training opened the provincial competition for excellent high school and continuing education teachers.

This year, the province has 95 teachers registered to participate in the provincial competition for excellent teachers in high school and continuing education . The competition is implemented with two main contents: Teachers will present measures to contribute to improving the quality of class management work and each teacher will practice organizing an experiential and career guidance activity period according to the school's educational plan at the time of the competition.

The contest has important significance, thereby helping the Education and Training sector to discover, recognize and honor teachers who have achieved the title of excellent teachers, replicate advanced models, and create motivation for the development of the education career.

This is also an opportunity for teachers to affirm their professional qualifications, improve themselves to meet the requirements of innovation, improve the quality of education, contribute to improving the effectiveness of professional activities and promote emulation movements in teaching and learning in schools; encourage, motivate, and create motivation for teachers to practice, self-study, be creative as well as learn and exchange experiences in education and teaching.

In addition, the competition is also one of the bases for the industry to assess the current status of the team, thereby building a training and fostering plan to improve the professional qualifications and skills of teachers, meeting the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in Education and Training.

The contest takes place from November 27 to December 28, 2025.
