6-month summary of the Emulation Cluster of Military Commands of districts and cities

In the first 6 months of the year, the emulation, reward and emulation movement of the cluster always received the attention of the superior agencies, the close coordination of departments, branches, organizations, the shared responsibility of the collective of cadres and soldiers helped the emulation, reward and emulation movement of the cluster achieve the results as required.

The training for the militia and self-defense forces has been carried out according to plan by districts and cities, selecting and calling citizens to join the army, reaching 100% of the target. Regularly maintaining writing news and articles for the Ben Tre Soldiers' Newsletter, local internal newsletter, the production increase results have met and exceeded the annual plan (Chau Thanh district achieved 91.5%). The cluster has organized and launched 4 emulation campaigns, thereby creating a lever for each collective and individual to complete their tasks well; advising on organizing the military-civilian Tet holiday with many positive results, with a total budget of nearly 20 billion VND.

At the conference, delegates presented good and effective practices of their agencies as well as pointed out limitations and causes in the process of implementing the emulation movement, and proposed directions for implementation in the last 6 months of the year.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Le Cong Hanh - Deputy Commissar of the Provincial Military Command acknowledged the results of training, emulation and commendation in the first 6 months of the year of the Military Commands of districts and cities. The units have had good and typical models with high influence, especially advising on the successful organization of the Military - Civilian Tet. However, in addition to implementing the emulation targets well, Lieutenant Colonel Le Cong Hanh requested that in the coming time, it is necessary to focus on training and exercises at all levels, be on standby for combat, firmly grasp the area to avoid being surprised, and give decisive and effective advice on basic construction work, contributing to the successful implementation of local military and defense tasks.
