The survey team of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism inspected the ranked relics in Yen Bai and Nam Cuong wards and the communes of Thac Ba, Dong Cuong and Chau Que.



The relics surveyed during this period include: Dong Cuong Temple, Nhuoc Son Temple, Doi Co Temple, Gieng Temple, Trai Hut Temple, Floating Pagoda, Phuc Hoa Pagoda, Phuc Hoa Communal House, Thac Ba Temple, Ngoc Am Pagoda, Tuan Quan Temple, Nam Cuong Communal House - Temple - Pagoda relic complex, Nguyen Thai Hoc's tomb and soldiers who died in the Yen Bai uprising.

Through the survey, the working group recorded the conservation status of the relics, assessed the difficulties and limitations in management and protection work, as well as proposed solutions to increase the effectiveness of these activities in the context of implementing the two-level local government model.


The survey not only contributes to preserving and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics but also serves as an important basis for connecting local tourism development, linking relics with typical cultural and tourism products of Lao Cai province.
