Golden Victory Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Nghia Hung) is a 100% foreign invested enterprise, with a total of about 10 thousand union members and workers. In recent years, the company's grassroots trade union has well organized activities to care for and improve the material and spiritual life of union members, such as: stabilizing jobs, implementing grassroots democracy regulations, paying social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), supervising the correct and complete implementation of regulations and rules on the rights and obligations of both employers and employees through activities of signing and implementing collective labor agreements with many contents more beneficial to union members such as: increasing the level of support for meals, subsidies for raising children under 7 years old, maintaining the implementation of the regional minimum wage regime higher than the Government's regulations by 10-12%, organizing periodic health check-ups twice a year, implementing grassroots democracy regulations well, holding periodic dialogues once a month and organizing labor conferences in the first quarter of each year, to resolve laborers' proposals, supplementing labor protection equipment, checking machinery. machinery, factory renovation... In addition, on the occasions of International Women's Day (March 8), Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), Workers' Month, and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene every year..., the Trade Union advises and coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to organize conferences, seminars, communication activities, and talks on legal issues on labor, trade unions, social insurance, health insurance, ensuring traffic safety, security and order. Workers receive periodic health check-ups, in-depth check-ups, occupational disease check-ups; receive advice on reproductive health care and child-rearing methods. In addition, the Trade Union mobilizes 100% of union members to enthusiastically participate in the movements "green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"; "Good workers - Creative workers"; "Competition to study to improve qualifications in all aspects"; “Good at public work, good at home work”... Especially in Workers' Month 2025, the Company's Trade Union organized the program "Love Bicycle - Support to work" to give bicycles with a total value of 23.2 million VND to 8 union members in difficult circumstances who do not have means of transportation; in coordination with the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL), the Nghia Hung District Federation of Labor organized a gift giving program with a total value of 72.8 million VND to 88 union members in difficult circumstances. Actively responding to Workers' Month 2025 with the theme "Vietnamese workers are pioneers in entering a new era", the Provincial Federation of Labor has concretized the directive documents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the province, focusing on key tasks such as: Promoting propaganda activities on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; organizing gift-giving activities for workers in difficult circumstances; disseminating new legal contents that union members and workers are interested in such as: labor, trade unions, wage policies, social insurance and health insurance policies; Coordinate the organization of inspection and supervision activities on the implementation of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, focusing on the contents when negotiating and signing collective labor agreements and launching emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Good at public work, good at housework", "Promoting initiatives, improving techniques, rationalizing production"... Accordingly, the Provincial Federation of Labor has supported 1,000 gifts, with a total value of 500 million VND for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, having occupational accidents, occupational diseases, suffering from serious illnesses; union members and workers with achievements in labor production, making many contributions to agencies, units, enterprises... Many grassroots-level trade union organizations have launched emulation campaigns, encouraging workers to actively study to improve their qualifications and skills, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation; Organize the program "Thank you to the workers" with necessary activities such as giving gifts to support, praising union members and workers with achievements in work, actively participating in emulation movements; coordinate with the Trade Union to organize dialogues, listen, gather opinions and legitimate aspirations of union members and workers, encourage them to join hands to build strong units and enterprises. Typical examples are the Nam Dinh City Labor Federation, Hai Hau, Nghia Hung, and Y Yen districts... In which, the Nam Dinh City Labor Federation coordinated with local authorities, departments, branches, and organizations to organize the giving of nearly 1,000 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of nearly 700 million VND; propose 5 enterprises and 20 workers with outstanding achievements in work and production to be commended and rewarded by the Provincial Labor Federation. In particular, the City Labor Federation coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation to present 170 gifts worth 85 million VND to workers in difficult circumstances and those who had work-related accidents; established 2 new trade unions with more than 100 union members. In addition, the City Labor Federation organized activities to disseminate labor laws and provide legal support to union members and workers; and launched the emulation movement "Creative labor among workers", "Promoting technical innovation initiatives, applying modern technology to production" to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels; implemented specific action programs to prevent work-related accidents, improve the working environment, do a good job of occupational safety and hygiene, and build a safety culture at the workplace. Launching the emulation movement contributes to increasing labor productivity and improving efficiency in production and business. Organizing conferences to guide and accompany the Trade Union in dialogue, collective bargaining, focusing on working hours, occupational safety and hygiene and related regimes... In response to Workers' Month 2025, the Hai Hau District Labor Federation coordinated with the Viet Power Company Limited's Trade Union to organize a sports competition for workers with 3 contents: Skill competition - Excellent workers, tug of war and 100m race for men and women, taking place in 5 days from May 12 to 16, 2025, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate. On this occasion, the Company presented 30 gifts, totaling 9 million VND to workers in difficult circumstances. In addition, many Trade Union organizations actively implemented the campaign "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"; commending workers who actively study and follow Uncle Ho; Organize activities: Workers' Festival, Labor Law Consulting Festival, cultural, artistic, sports activities, carry out social security activities well...
Continue to carry out well the activities of caring for, improving the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, especially organizing the activities of "Thanking workers" in Workers' Month 2025 to promote the role of trade unions at all levels and act as a bridge to solve existing problems and difficulties between enterprises and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
