Since the end of August, a series of mass cultural exchange programs, football, volleyball, table tennis, pickleball tournaments... have been organized by communes and wards in the province, attracting a large number of people to participate.
In Hop Thanh commune, the art program to celebrate the success of the Party Congress and the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 attracted the participation of over 200 actors from art clubs in the commune.

The event was held at the Hop Thanh commune cultural house, attracting hundreds of people to watch. The performances praised the Party, Uncle Ho; praised the homeland, praised the achievements in the renovation cause of the country, the province and the locality.
In many communes in the province, sports tournaments also took place enthusiastically, becoming an opportunity for people to meet, exchange, and strengthen solidarity. Ngan Son commune organized table tennis and volleyball tournaments for all age groups, attracting 150 athletes to participate.
In addition, Bang Van commune also organized a Pickleball tournament, Thuong Quan commune organized a volleyball tournament... These activities contributed to creating an exciting atmosphere, encouraging the spirit of competition in labor and production of local people.
In Na Ri commune, the People's Committee of the commune organized a football tournament to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Revolutionary Government. The tournament attracted nearly 100 athletes from local clubs, giving the audience many exciting matches.

Mr. Pham Van Toan, Deputy Director in charge of the Na Ri Commune General Service Center, said: This is a practical sports activity, contributing to promoting the movement "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" in the locality. The tournament is also an opportunity to evaluate the quality and professional level of athletes, preparing to participate in the Thai Nguyen Provincial 7-a-side Football Championship held in September 2025.
In Ba Be commune, the People's Committee coordinated with Thai Nguyen Tourism Association to organize a campfire festival, display food stalls, local specialties, and exchange cultural activities with tourists. This activity created a vibrant and bustling atmosphere at the province's key tourist area, helping tourists have more rich experiences when traveling to Ba Be Lake during the September 2nd holiday.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Thinh, Chairman of Ba Be Commune People's Committee said: The activities are organized to contribute to arousing the spirit of patriotism, solidarity, and determination to build the homeland to develop more and more. Ba Be Commune determines to develop tourism associated with preserving the traditional cultural identity of ethnic minorities, so this is also an opportunity to promote Ba Be Lake tourism to domestic and international tourists.
In Cho Don commune, the Women's Union organized a folk dance performance attracting nearly 200 members from villages and residential groups. Ms. Ha Thi Khanh, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cho Don commune, said: Since the plan to organize a folk dance performance, the members have actively practiced to participate. Through this activity, the spiritual life of women's union members in villages, residential groups, and residential areas is improved, the tradition of patriotism is reviewed, and national pride is spread to the masses in the commune.

It can be said that the vibrant and diverse cultural and sports activities organized by communes and wards across the province have become highlights, contributing to making the national Independence Day more solemn and meaningful.
