This is the first communication activity of the Duong Dao Hamlet Community Communication Team, and also the second team of Ho Thi Ky Commune established within the framework of Project 8 .
Ho Thi Ky Commune Women's Union launched the Community Media Team in Duong Dao Hamlet.
At the meeting, members and people had the opportunity to exchange cultural performances, participate in meaningful sentence matching games, and answer questions to learn about gender equality and building happy families. On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025), the program is also an opportunity to honor the role and great contributions of Vietnamese women in the family, community and society.
Ms. Nguyen Thuy Diem, Vice President of the Women's Union of Ho Thi Ky commune, moderated the meaningful sentence matching game at the meeting.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet participated in the game of answering questions about gender equality.
In a cheerful and open atmosphere, members enthusiastically shared their views on the role of women in modern life. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet, a member of the Women's Union of Duong Dao Hamlet, shared: "Activities like this are very useful, helping women better understand gender equality, how to behave in the family and build a happy life together. I hope there will be more close-knit activities like this so that women have the opportunity to learn and exchange."
On this occasion, the Women's Union of Ca Mau province presented bags, notebooks and hats to the group members to serve propaganda work in the coming time.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. To Thi My Thuan, Vice President of the Women's Union of Ca Mau province, called on cadres, members and people to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, actively propagating and mobilizing people to change their awareness and eliminate gender prejudice.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. To Thi My Thuan, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, emphasized: "The activities of the Community Communication Team have practical significance in spreading the message of gender equality, contributing to building a safe, progressive and happy living environment for women and children. Hopefully, with the joint efforts of the government and the whole society, gender equality work at the grassroots level will be increasingly effective and go into depth."
The event not only provided practical knowledge about gender equality but also created a space for exchange, sharing and appreciation for the contributions of women through the ages, contributing to spreading the spirit of October 20, a day to honor the beauty, confidence and bravery of Vietnamese women.
