These days, the vibrant and enthusiastic competitive atmosphere is spreading throughout the Youth Union branches in Tuyen Quang province. The youth of the whole province are making efforts to complete and inaugurate meaningful and practical works and projects, creating a strong and practical impression to welcome the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025 - 2030.

Welcoming the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province scheduled to take place on November 19 and 20, these days, the Provincial Police Youth Union is also actively promoting emulation movements to create an exciting atmosphere to welcome the Congress.

According to Head of the Provincial Police Youth Union Ha Van Minh, in order for the emulation movements to achieve results in welcoming the Youth Union Congresses at all levels to be effective and create a widespread influence, the Youth Union bases have proactively selected specific projects and tasks that are suitable to the characteristics of the unit, associated with the movements and key tasks of the Youth Union and youth movements, such as building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; environmental sanitation; administrative reform; digital transformation; volunteer activities for community life, caring for children and the poor associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style...

“Each project and task to welcome the Congress is carefully selected and organized by the Provincial Police Youth Union at all levels to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, arouse the will, promote the spirit and responsibility of each youth union member; at the same time, create opportunities for youth union members to affirm their position and pioneering role in participating in successfully implementing political tasks at the unit,” Mr. Minh confided.

Despite being located in a remote area, the spirit of “Where there is a need, there is youth, where there is difficulty, there is youth” always burns brightly in the hearts of the youth of Lung Cu commune. Looking forward to the congress, the commune Youth Union has been implementing many meaningful youth tasks and projects.

According to Mr. Do Anh Tu, Secretary of Lung Cu Commune Youth Union, the key activities include cleaning up the environment and digital transformation to support the people. In particular, Lung Cu Commune Youth Union has just coordinated with Lung Cu Border Guard Station Youth Union to inaugurate the Youth project in Ban Thung village. The project includes 5 solar-powered lampposts with practical significance, contributing to significantly improving the material and spiritual life of the people. In addition, a particularly meaningful part is the program of presenting 100 national flags to households and public places in Ban Thung village. This activity is not only a material project but also a project of patriotism, educating revolutionary ideals for the young generation.

Promoting the role of youth

Along the roads in Suoi Thau grassland, Pa Vay Su commune, many people were surprised by the new appearance. The roads were brightly colored with red flags and yellow stars, creating a highlight, breathing new life, contributing to the bustling atmosphere welcoming the Youth Union Congress. This is a creative work of the youth union members of Pa Vay Su commune to create a bright appearance for the new countryside and affirm the spirit of volunteerism and vanguard of the youth to participate in socio-economic development.

Since September 2025, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has launched an emulation movement to welcome the congresses of the Youth Union at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, directing 100% of the grassroots to deploy projects and tasks to welcome the congresses in accordance with the situation of the locality and unit, associated with the movements and key tasks of the Youth Union and youth movements, creating a widespread emulation atmosphere, promoting the potential, advantages, intelligence and strength of the contingent of cadres and youth union members for the socio-economic development of the province.

Through many rich and diverse forms, the Youth Union at all levels has promoted the organization of extensive propaganda about the Youth Union Congresses at all levels. In particular, focusing on educating about the heroic history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the achievements and contributions of the Union in the process of the Vietnamese revolution; combining education about the historical traditions of the nation, the revolutionary traditions of the locality and unit.

Many Youth Union units in the province have also enthusiastically implemented meaningful projects and tasks towards the Youth Union Congresses at all levels. Typical examples include: Sung Mang Commune Youth Union launched a campaign to support poor households in transporting materials for building houses. Hung An Commune Youth Union launched the "Digital Front" model. Tien Yen Commune Youth Union connected to support funding for building houses for poor households worth 80 million VND. Vi Xuyen Commune Youth Union implemented the "Youth Flower Street" project and presented gifts to students...

Along with that, the Youth Union units also organized many exciting sports, cultural and artistic activities such as football tournaments, pickleball tournaments, and art performances to welcome the congress, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity, creativity and the desire to contribute of the youth.

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Duong Minh Nguyet requested: "In order for the 1st Provincial Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to truly become a great festival for the youth, spreading widely in society, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee requests that all levels of the Youth Union continue to compete to achieve achievements to welcome the congress, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the youth union members with many practical and meaningful projects and tasks, affirming the vanguard role of the youth in all fields, contributing to building an increasingly strong Youth Union organization."
