Speaking at the ceremony, President Luong Cuong was moved to recall Uncle Ho's deep affection for children; at the same time, he emphasized that youth and childhood only come once, so children should boldly dream, but the most important thing is to nurture their will, forge their determination, and constantly study and practice to make those dreams come true. The baggage that children carry on the road ahead is not only knowledge, but also a passionate love for the Fatherland and their compatriots, the desire to contribute, and confidence when entering a new era - an era of prosperous and powerful development of the Vietnamese nation.

President Luong Cuong believes that the 500 typical children present here will be "Messengers" who will positively inspire, arouse aspirations, dreams and ideas of dedication for the young generation of the country; at the same time, he calls on the children to spread good deeds, encourage good things, encourage friends to study, practice and compete to follow the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho, always carry a positive spirit of learning, overcome all difficulties to move towards a bright future for themselves and more broadly, contribute to building a bright future for the beloved country of Vietnam.
