With the spirit of "taking people as the root", a mobile working group was established to serve 14 villages in the commune; priority was given to villages located 10km or more from the commune administrative center.
On the first day of operation, the working group was present at the Ma Bo Primary School branch, a close and familiar location to the locals, to support people in carrying out a variety of essential administrative procedures.

Not only providing consultation, the mobile team also directly handles some procedures on-site, returning results immediately to the people. At the same time, they provide guidance on the use of modern digital applications such as mobile banking and cashless payment methods.
These activities not only address urgent needs but also contribute to popularizing digital transformation, helping people become familiar with technology in daily life.

of the commune
Ta Nang is a remote area of Lam Dong. The total population of the commune is currently over 13,000 people; of which, 80% are ethnic minorities. The rugged mountainous terrain and difficult roads make traveling to the administrative center a heavy burden for the people, especially during the rainy season.
Recognizing the geographical challenges, the mobile task force has closely coordinated with relevant units to upgrade local telecommunications infrastructure, converting from 3G, 4G to 5G technology. This upgrade not only supports online administrative services but also opens up opportunities for people to access information, education and online business.

Villagers expressed their excitement and gratitude at no longer having to travel long, arduous distances to complete administrative procedures, thereby saving time, effort and money.
This is a solution to bring administrative reform closer to people and businesses. Thanks to that, people can access information and administrative services conveniently, reducing the difficulty of having to travel to government agencies.
Mr. Nguyen Vu Linh Sang, Chairman of Ta Nang Commune People's Committee
After the mobile task force completes its initial tasks, the operation will be transferred to the community digital technology team, a grassroots model built by the commune government, with the participation of young, technology-savvy and close-to-the-people cadres. This ensures sustainability, maintains long-term support, and encourages the community to participate in the digital transformation process.

This initiative is not only a testament to the concern of the Party Committee and the government of Ta Nang commune for the people but also contributes to the effective implementation of the Party's Resolution on the development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
In particular, this activity is in line with the Government's major policy of building e-government, towards a digital society where all people benefit from scientific and technological advances.
