- Artwork: "Soldiers go down to the fields to help people salvage rice after the flood" - Photographed in: Hanoi - Unit: Individual

Introduction: Fortunately, there were no casualties, but My Luong commune (Chuong My district) was flooded with hundreds of hectares of rice fields after Typhoon No. 3. With the spirit of "wherever there is hardship and danger, there are soldiers," hundreds of officers and soldiers from Regiment 102, 308th Infantry Division (12th Corps) and other armed forces in the district went to the fields to help the people salvage their rice. They spent all day wading in polluted and foul-smelling water to retrieve each rice stalk for the people. With urgency and without fear of hardship, in just two days (September 23rd and 24th) they helped the people harvest many hectares of rice submerged in water, transporting it home and assisting with drying. The soldiers of Uncle Ho's army remain beautiful and romantic in any circumstance, as their image has been etched in the hearts of the people.
